NurseMasomo helps nursing students in Kenya revise for the NCK licensure exam. It has a library of questions from NCK past papers plus practice questions written by AI, each with an explanation. You can also upload your own notes and get questions on them, take timed mock exams, and review with flashcards.

It is built for the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) licensure exam. The question library is organised by the NCK subjects, such as Medical-Surgical Nursing and Community Health. Questions from your own notes cover whatever those notes cover, so you can also use it for college exams.

Upload a PDF, a text file or a photo of your notes. NurseMasomo reads it and writes multiple choice questions with answers and explanations taken from that material. Word files are not supported yet, so save them as PDF first.

Yes, for your first 30 days, with no card and nothing to pay. The free trial has a daily limit on quizzes and uploads, and the app shows you how many you have left. To remove the limit, buy a pass with M-Pesa for a day, a week or a month. You see the exact price before you pay, and nothing renews by itself.

You pay with M-Pesa through our secure partner, IntaSend. No bank card is required. You receive an STK push prompt on your phone and enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm. We never see or store your PIN.

Yes. There is no app to download. NurseMasomo runs in the browser on Android and iPhone, and pages are kept light so they load on a slow connection.

Every question carries a revision-priority score from recurring past-paper trends, so you focus first on the highest-yield topics. It is a study guide to where to spend your time, not a prediction of exam content.

Spaced repetition brings questions back for review over time. NurseMasomo schedules cards and questions so you can revisit topics you have missed.

Yes. The question library holds questions from NCK past papers, plus practice questions written by AI, sorted by subject. Every question has an explanation. You can practise one subject at a time or sit a full mock.

Library questions come from NCK past papers or are written by AI, and AI checks each answer before the question goes live. Questions that fail a check are held back. We are also reading questions by hand, and the ones we have checked carry a “Reviewed by hand” mark. Not every question has that mark yet. If you think an answer is wrong, tell us through Help and we will check it. Questions from your own notes are written by AI from your material, so check them against your notes.

Your account and study data are stored securely, and payments are handled by IntaSend, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We never store your M-Pesa PIN. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

There is nothing to cancel in the usual sense. There is no automatic recurring charge. Your access lasts for the period you paid for, and it simply ends unless you choose to pay again.

You can turn your own notes into questions, not just use a fixed bank. Written answers are marked against a marking scheme, and you can ask for a mark to be reviewed by a person. Your progress shows which subjects are costing you marks. You pay with M-Pesa by the day, week or month, with nothing that renews by itself.

The Nursing Council of Kenya does not publish a single fixed pass mark. Results are set by the Board of Examiners and you must satisfy the board in each paper, so aim to pass every paper on its own merits.

You are allowed a maximum of four resit attempts at the NCK licensure exam, and you must satisfy the Board of Examiners in each paper. The NCK announces a resit window after each exam series.

Revise with real past-paper questions rather than notes alone, read the explanation behind every answer, use spaced repetition, and spend most of your time on your weak subjects. Knowing the exam format and practising MCQ technique also makes a big difference.

No. The KMTC Final Qualifying Exam is your college's internal exam at the end of your course. The NCK licensure exam is the separate national exam you sit afterwards to be registered and licensed to practise.
